Residential Broker
Northwest Multiple Listing Service
As a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS), I maintain direct, real-time visibility into the residential market—pricing trends, absorption rates, buyer behavior, and neighborhood-level comparables. This perspective is critical not only for residential decisions, but for understanding how residential demand, pricing pressure, and housing supply dynamics influence land value and feasibility for small-scale and transitional commercial development. Access to NWMLS data and tools allows residential market intelligence to inform broader advisory conclusions, particularly where residential zoning, density allowances, or hybrid use scenarios affect highest and best use.
Commercial Broker
Commercial Brokers Association (CBA)
Through membership in the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), I have access to Washington State’s primary platform for commercial real estate listings, transaction data, and standardized contracts. CBA provides visibility into commercial pricing, leasing terms, development land transactions, and investment activity across asset classes, as well as the contractual frameworks that govern commercial deals. This access supports informed advisory work by grounding recommendations in current market conditions, deal structures, and execution realities specific to commercial real estate.
